22 be Terms & Conditions – Learn the Rules of Use

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account on the 22 be platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. It is your duty to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Platform Usage Rules

The 22 be platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. The use of any fraudulent activity, software bots, or automated tools on the platform is strictly prohibited. Misconduct, harassment, or abusive language toward other users may result in account suspension or termination. No content, design, or software on the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any account at any time without providing a reason.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must comply with the applicable minimum and maximum limits. Deposits must be made only through payment methods registered in your own name; use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time to process, and withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed. If any suspicious transaction or money laundering activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the relevant authorities will be notified. Records of all transactions are stored in our system and will be considered final in the resolution of any disputes.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Accepting any bonus or promotional offer from 22 be means the specific terms of that offer will apply. The required wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or false information will result in forfeiture of all bonuses. Promotional offers have a set validity period, and any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

5. Liability & Limitations

The 22 be platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will not be held liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or any other reason. Participation in gaming activities is entirely at your own risk, and the platform is not responsible for any financial losses. If any game or transaction is affected by an internet disconnection or device issue, the user bears sole responsibility. Our total liability will in no circumstances exceed the actual amount of funds held in your account.

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between 22 be and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
